As we navigate the Azure Hebron Drop I’ll make updates here, and revise this page as needed. This is the first time most of us have experienced being involved with a food co-op, so please be kind and respectful while we learn as a community — and have fun!
Safety – If at any point you’re uncomfortable with the group setting dynamic, please wait near or in your car until everyone has picked up their order.
We Unpack the Truck Together – Please check your updates from Azure to get up-to-date delivery times and dates. Each item is labeled with the buyer’s name and there are sections organized by first name, so it should be pretty easy, and go quickly with lots of help. The staging area is organized by first name.
How long will unloading take? – Depending on how much help we have, it takes between 30 to 60 minutes.
Complete your cart to the payment screen before the deadline to be included in the most recent shipment.

Park along the street – It’s a low-traffic road BUT sometimes drivers go a little too fast, so be careful and be respectful of our neighbors so we can continue to meet here.
Don’t park in front of the house – This may sound confusing, but the 40-foot tractor trailer will need to also park along the street from the lamppost forward.
Picking up for a friend? – To make sure orders are going where they are supposed to, please email me ahead with: the drop date, your order number, and the name of who will be picking up your ordery.
Children – They are welcome and we would be grateful if they could help unload if appropriate.
Pets – While we LOVE our four-legged friends, please leave them at home or in your car.
Order Hold – We are not able to hold orders. On occasion if you need to make a special arrangement, please contact me.

We require transparency from all the companies we work with, and Azure only chooses suppliers that produce real foods made with only natural ingredients.
That means you get nutrient-rich foods that are minimally processed with no artificial additives, no preservatives, no GMOs or MSG, no artificial colors or flavors. That doesn’t mean every item is organic. Some are made with organic ingredients but are not Certified Organic. Some go far beyond organic. They all are earth-friendly, GMO-free and meticulously chosen for their healthful qualities.
We continually review our product lineup for ingredient compliance, and we work hard to discontinue any items that do not meet our standards. If we discover a product that includes unacceptable ingredients, we will investigate and take action, including the discontinuation of that product.
